Referrals for support
Professional Referrals
We welcome referrals from professionals or other third parties, with the permission of the family.
If your referral is accepted we will:
-
Set up an initial visit with the family to discuss their needs
-
Carefully match the skills and experiences of a volunteer to the needs of the family
-
Introduce the volunteer to the family
-
Keep you informed about progress
-
Monitor and assess their support
Self Referrals
We know it’s hard to admit when you need help, but sometimes asking for help is the bravest thing you can do. It can show great strength and demonstrates that you want the best outcome for your family.
Please get in touch to discuss your situation and how we can help you. Click on the ‘Get help’ button below and let us know as much about your situation as you feel able to. One of our coordinators will get back to you to talk about your needs.
Referral Form
Please be aware that we are not able to accept referrals for 1-2-1 support from families or professionals where a current Child in Need or Child Protection plan is in place.
Referrals for Freedom, Peep and Perinatal Groups can be made for families with Child In Need or Child Protection Plans in place.
If you would like to discuss a referral with us please contact us prior to completing a referral form.
