Referrals for support
Referral Information and Process
We welcome referrals from professionals, other third parties (with the permission of the family), or as a self referral directly from the family.
If your referral is accepted we will:

Assign a Family and Volunteer Coordinator who will arrange an initial visit with the family to discuss their needs

Carefully match the skills and experiences of a volunteer (if requried) to the needs of the family

Introduce the volunteer to the family

Keep professional and third parties informed about progress

Monitor and assess the support and adjust acordingly

Support families to access our groups as required
Referral Form
Please be aware that we are not able to accept referrals for 1-2-1 support from families or professionals where a current Child in Need or Child Protection plan is in place.
Referrals for Freedom, Peep and Perinatal Groups can be made for families with Child In Need or Child Protection Plans in place.
