Becoming a parent can be lonely and isolating. Finding your 'tribe' of local Mums who are going through the same thing, can help you feel less alone and boost your mental health.
Our Mum 2 Mum Support Groups are small, informal and held in easily accessible spaces to enable you and other local mums to meet, make friends and support each other.

They are overseen by members of the Home Start South Warwickshire staff team and facilitated by our trained Group Volunteers, who will be sure to give you a warm welcome to make you feel at home, a safe space to share experiences, advice and signposting, and of course offer you a free hot drink!
​
There will also be a selection of toys and activities for the children to enjoy while they too begin to make their own friendships while they play.
​
The sessions are free to attend and there is no need to book, so you are free to drop in as and when suits you.

Could we start a group near you?
We want to start more Mum 2 Mum groups over the coming months. We are looking at areas where there is a real need due to a lack of provision or because families may find it difficult to travel further afield.
